I'm still learning every day what is available in Audacity, but so far I've learned how to trim (with an insanely easy-to-use method that is very easy, helps me get through multiple auditions in a given time period) and I love the effects I can use such as wobbles, echos, robotic sounds while at the same time feeling I'm learning about the fundamentals of sound! So, not only is it fun and easy to use, I feel educated once I sit with someone virtually and learn from them what all I can do with it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. When I was advised to use Audacity and even told it was free to use, I was a bit skeptical that it would be hard to navigate, but with it and how it exceeds my expectations in capabilities, I'm able to finally kick off my voice-acting career! I love it and love how I get so many project heads/directors that LOVE it as well and I can use it! Audacity is an easy-to-use, multi-track audio editor and recorder for Windows, macOS, GNU/Linux and other operating systems. I've not been able to get into voice-acting, not even remotely as I've never had access to something that can help my work be more clear and more concise.
